Dance
is the accessible act of earthly trance-n-dance, the
practice of moving beyond your ego and into the realm
of spirit...
When you dance, you start off being self-conscious
and self-inhibited. As you move, you explore, express,
and expand. With time (as rhythm), you begin to know
yourself as pulsation, vibration, creation. You then
begin to heal yourself by bringing awareness to ignorance,
invigoration to areas of depletion, and harmony to
spaces of disorder.
To dance is to pray. It is also to meditate. At LoveMovement
Healing Arts we experience dance as a spiritual practice
and an offering of peace. Allow us to guide you in
