When you dance, you start off being self-conscious and self-inhibited. As you move, you explore, express, and expand. With time (as rhythm), you begin to know yourself as pulsation, vibration, creation. You then begin to heal yourself by bringing awareness to ignorance, invigoration to areas of depletion, and harmony to spaces of disorder.
